Unicron runs a lean core team under direct founder supervision, extended by a project-engaged technical network of design engineers, simulation specialists, CNC/VMC machinists and commercial staff. Around 24 technical professionals are mobilised against confirmed project volume — scaling to the scope of the engagement without passing idle overhead to the client.

Owns scope capture, phase gates and client reporting across concurrent engagements. 12+ years running defence and industrial programmes to committed milestones, with escalation ownership from kick-off to handover.
Defines acceptance criteria, inspection gates and as-built record packs. Background in AS9100/ISO 9001 documentation discipline carried from aerospace sub-assembly work into industrial scopes.
Runs operations diagnostics, maturity scoring and transformation roadmaps for manufacturing SMEs — translating shop-floor evidence into board-level priorities and a costed 90-day plan.
Design, drafting & simulation

The registered office is at Gat No 605/1, Shindewadi, Shirwal, Satara, Maharashtra 412801, close to the Pune manufacturing belt. The branch office is at 5, KG Bose Sarani, Kundu Bagan, Beleghata, Kolkata, West Bengal 700085, serving eastern India. We work with clients across India and internationally.

Bikram Das, founder, leads the practice — with programme experience spanning ISRO/VSSC space actuation, HAL flight control hardware, DRDO precision guidance and Indian Navy submarine systems, alongside industrial SPM and safety-equipment engineering.

A core team of design, simulation and manufacturing engineers, extended through a vetted network of specialist consultants and qualified fabrication and machining partners — so a programme can scale from one engineer to a full cell without changing the point of accountability.
